RelAI is provided by K.R.E.S.T Consulting (OPC) Private Limited for business messaging, lead qualification and workflow automation. Users are responsible for connecting only accounts they are authorized to manage, complying with Meta policies, configuring keyword rules responsibly, providing truthful business information, and reviewing AI outputs and customer communications where appropriate.

Feature access depends on the selected plan. Meta platform limits and permission availability apply. RelAI does not guarantee sales outcomes, conversion rates or uninterrupted third-party platform availability.
